Regional Clean Beauty Artist – Los Angeles, CA

The Regional Clean Beauty Artist (RCBA) is responsible to work closely with the Partner Development Coordinator, Territory Manager and Regional Directors in assisting with makeup artistry, inventory review, merchandising, floor support, events, staff events and retail training.

 

Makeup Artistry:

Territory Manager –This position will cover Washington and Northern Idaho. The successful candidate should be located in Seattle, WA.

The Territory Manager is responsible to execute and achieve the sales, marketing, education and other company plans within an assigned territory to achieve sales and market development objectives as established each year by the company.

 

Essential Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

Work closely with Regional Director (RD) to develop annual sales strategies and business plans for assigned territory. Corporate Financial Analyst - Great Barrington, MA

The general role of the Corporate Financial Analyst at Iredale Cosmetics is to maintain company-wide reporting in support of the organization’s strategic goals, identify trends and help translate information into insight. They will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of financial models used for projections, budgeting and margin analysis, while also assisting the accounting department with the monthly & annual close cycle. They will work closely with the IT Department to manage the development and delivery of business intelligence, and to serve as a liaison to all departments within the organization to support their various business intelligence needs.

 

Core Responsibilities and Duties include but are not limited to the following:

 

FINANCIAL PLANNING:

  • - Support the annual budget, various forecast iterations and related review & reporting processes.
  • - Develop and analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, operating expenses and cash management.
  • - Monitor performance indicators looking for patterns and insight, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of variance.
  • - Develop and implement weekly, monthly and quarterly cash forecasting models
  • - Perform monthly variance analyses and provide explanations of material variances and evaluate impacts to future months’ forecast to enable stakeholder accountability.
