Your child can NOT call 911 on this. 911 cannot be added to contact list. 3 minute phone calls only. We didn't have an issue with the charger. It charged fine and kept battery life well. $50 restocking fee is too much to charge for a customer not to understand everything this watch can't do. It needs to be better stated to the customer. I would not recommend.

Great concept. My 10 year old loved it. Too bad there was a battery issue with two different ones. Very disappointed because she’s not ready for a phone yet. I need something more reliable and longer lasting.

The battery life on the device is less than ideal. The location seems to always refresh so it will notify you that the watch is out of the location circle then back in constantly. Would not recommend this device.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

Bought this watch about a month ago for my 5 year old. We love it! The location tracker is very accurate. We love that he can call us when he wants to or other family members. It is a very nice watch. My son loves that he can change the characters whenever he wants. The school mode is amazing! Love that we can set the times when it is active and not be a distraction at school!

When you can get it to charge its good. Wish I didn't spend the extra $100 for the upgraded one. Don't waste your money.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

We purchased this watch for my 7 year old son last Christmas (2021). I read all the negative reviews, but chose to purchase anyways and I’m glad we did. This watch has been going strong for a year. We mainly bought this for peace of mind because our home backs up to a big park, and we wanted to let our son go be a kid but still be able to know where he was or call him home for dinner. This works perfectly for that. It has had NO issues charging, we just make sure to keep the magnetic charging base & charging connectors clean. I have “school mode” on an automatic schedule, so that may help battery life. My son even lost it once walking home from school and the watch was able to be called & located the following day. My son really enjoys the Disney characters and all the features he has access to, like voice recordings and taking pictures. I highly recommend this watch for peace of mind and ease of reaching your child.

Hated my experience with this product!!! The minute it came out "new" it didn't hold the charge, had in my possession for less than 2 days and didn't get it to work. Verizon claims they didn't sell me a used product by why wouldn't hold the charge? The charger is the old fashion metal prongs, super cheap for it being a kid product. But what was worst was that I had to pay a $50 dollar restocking fee. Nope didn't want to "trade." Verizon will lose me as a customer after 15 years because of this experience!!
